Business Development Manager

Job Duties:

  • Manage organization sales by developing business strategies that drive profit growth and achieve sales revenue
  • Establish, maintain and build relationships with new and existing key stakeholders and clients
  • Prepare tender contracts, handle negotiation and secure projects deals to grow market share and businesses
  • Responsible for achieving sales revenue targets and profitability as set forth by the company
  • Team leader to lead and train sales staffs for marketing products and services

 

 

Requirements:

  • Preferred have strong, proven network and contacts with sales background in government & commercial tenders
  • Related field of study in Sales & Marketing / Interior Design / Quantity Surveying / Business from recognized institutions
  • Able to work independently with high level of initiative
  • Pro-active and shown enthusiasm to achieve excellent customer service
  • Possess strong command of English with good interpersonal skills to interact people at all levels.

Project Manager

 

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the planning and implementation, control monitoring and execution of projects
  • Oversee management in accordance with the project schedule, budget, industry compliances and contractual requirements
  • Lead and manage a team of operational staffs to meet the performance & quality standards set by the company
  • Develop good working relationships with external stakeholders, clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure sound administration and communication flow between all project parties

 

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture or Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, Quantity Surveying with relevant experience in healthcare infrastructure facilities planning and development
  • Knowledge in Building Regulations, Environment Health Safety and Workplace Safety Health requirements pertaining to infrastructure facilities development
  • Team Leader with excellent project management, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently who is proactive, adaptable well under pressure
  • Possess strong command of English with good interpersonal skills to interact people at all levels
